Let's focus on the "Solar Plexus Chakra"
See the color yellow in your mind as you take three, slow deep breaths in (breathing in the good light of the universe, and out, letting go of everything that doesn't serve you. You can picture this as darkness leaving your pores.
After your breaths, picture yourself in a field, walking to a beautiful weeping willow. When you get there, you notice a few daisies growing along the way. You admire them, but don't pick, and you sit down with your back against the tree. You feel the grass on your skin and smell the familiar scents of spring. You are comfortable, content and at peace. Suddenly, you look up and see something...
