Do you meditate?
If not, is it because it is hard for you to concentrate? Don't worry! Meditation isn't something that is easy for a lot of people. Just get into a quiet place and take 3 deep breaths slowly in and slowly out. Once you calm down, focus on whatever it is you want to know or a question that you have on your mind. I often thank God for what I am about to receive and wait to see. Sometimes, I don't hear or see anything, but others I get exactly what I need whether I asked for it or not. Sometimes I fall asleep, too! Don't worry about that either, because it is exactly what you need.
If you need to zero in your focus, come up with a phrase to bring you back to center. Mine is Yellow Banana. As soon as I say it or think it, I go right back to where I needed to go.
