And, we will talk about Ascension along the way (books, yoga, meditation, healthy foods to fuel your body, water and much more!)

At the end of the seven weeks, we will have a "graduation" of sorts at Artisan Cafe in Ellet, Ohio, where we can meet and talk about our experiences!
