Spirits connected to the elements of nature, including fire, water, air, and earth, are known as elements. It is thought that these beings represent the elemental energies and forces that permeate the astral plane.

Deceased Souls: It's also thought that the astral plane serves as a transitional space for deceased souls, giving them time to rest before continuing on to their next journey. Certain entities might be the souls of departed people looking for closure or a way to communicate with the living.

Negative Entities: Not every entity on the astral plane is good. It is thought that negative entities, such as parasitic or evil spirits, feed on negative energy and may try to hurt or disturb those they come into contact with.

Experiencing Celestial Beings
